We'll ask you for some details to review your submission. If selected for CFz 2026, the Events Team will be in touch to discuss your idea!

We suggest reviewing the two below documents before submitting your events!

• The Event Type Guide shows you the 9 Event Types that CFz events are categorised by. Take a read through these types, the descriptions, and examples. This will allow you to select the correct category for your event when submitting it.

• The Event Submission Guide has a wide range of useful, important information about submitting your event, and the things to be aware of. It gives some insight into what the Events Team look for in an event, and the info we need from you to make the process smoother.

Unfortunately not every event makes it into the roster. Factors such as suitability, feasibility or simply time management may prevent us from selecting certain events. Despite this, we want to fill as many rooms with great quality, varied events... So, regardless of how niche or wide-reaching your event idea is, throw your submission into the mix!

If you're unsuccessful - we'll let you know, and encourage you to submit your event again next year.
